Rachel joined Masters in 2014 and qualified as a Costs Lawyer in 2017, and was made a Partner of the firm in 2019.

Rachel has an extensive background in preparing a wide range of complex personal injury and clinical negligence Bills of Costs and Points of Reply. Rachel also has considerable experience in costs budgeting and management, to include preparing costs budgets and attending CCMCs. In recent years, Rachel has been working within the Media and Commercial departments and has been heavily involved in the Mobile Telephone Voicemail Interception Litigation (“MTVIL”) against News Group Newspapers, and works closely with the Senior Managing Partner, Philip Daval-Bowden.
