Hayley joined Masters in February 2021 having previously worked at a well-known costs consultancy. Hayley began costing in 2000, working as an apprentice before obtaining fellowship status with the Association of Law Costs Draftsmen in 2007. Hayley has experienced the many changes that have taken place in the costs industry over the past 20 years and has extensive legal costs experience, both in-house and in independent costs consultancies, where she has dealt with a broad range of matters. Since joining Masters, Hayley has worked within the Media Team.
