Helen joined the Media Team at Masters in April 2022. Helen began her career in costs in 2008, after graduating from the University of Nottingham with a law degree (LLB Hons), and qualified as a Solicitor in May 2016.   

Helen has extensive experience of not only Media litigation but also in dealing with complex high value clinical negligence, catastrophic personal injury, professional negligence and commercial matters, as well as costs management and budgeting.

Helen has recently been involved in the team responsible for preparing a substantial Bill of Costs in high profile litigation totaling approximately £50million (but requiring the analysis of legal fees of over £75million).

Helen also has significant experience in legal proceedings in The Bahamas and has prepared Bills of Costs relating to environmental Judicial Review proceedings in The Supreme Court of The Bahamas.
